Official or Unofficial Transcripts must be picked up via appointment at the Round Rock Campus (RRC). To set up an appointment, please contact RRC Student Services at 512.716.4001 after placing your order.
Please be sure to indicate during your order that you want to pick up your transcript at the RRC. If you do not select this during the ordering process, then your transcript cannot be printed anywhere but the San Marcos Campus.
Texas State University has contracted Credentials Inc. to accept and process transcript orders over the internet. Please visit TranscriptsPlus to enter your order. If you have questions about the process or encounter difficulty in entering your order, there are customer service representatives available through TranscriptsPlus from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (CST) on Monday-Thursday and from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (CST) on Fridays by calling 847.716.3005. Personal Information Updates
Personal Information Updates must be submitted via appointment at the RRC. To set up an appointment, please contact RRC Student Services at 512.716.4001.
To protect the integrity of your Academic Record, we require your written authorization and documentation verifying your name, social security number or date of birth. Faxes and emails are not acceptable and all photocopies of required documents must be notarized.
Please use the Personal Information Update Form to authorize us to change your name, social security number or date of birth on your Academic Record. Any change in name will be reflected on all university documents, class rosters, official transcripts, student records, diplomas, etc.
