If you have documentation of a disability and want to register with the Office of Disability Services (ODS), you will need to complete a Confidential Student Information form at (available upon request) and provide a copy of your disability documentation to the ODS representative. This information will be sent to the ODS office on the main campus in San Marcos for review. A student must meet the criteria outlined in at least one of the ODS disability guidelines to qualify for services and accommodations at Texas State University and the RRC.

Following a review of the disability documentation, you will be contacted by an ODS representative for an appointment to review your approved accommodations. If the documentation submitted does not meet Texas State criteria, an ODS specialist will contact you to discuss what additional information is needed.

Texas State students may contact the ODS representative at the Round Rock Campus by calling 512.716.4007 or the Office of Disability Services at the main campus by calling 512.245.3451 (please indicate that you are taking classes at the RRC).
