The Round Rock Campus offers students in the central Texas area several undergraduate degree programs. The RRC offers junior and senior (upper-level) courses so students may enroll in either the Texas State University San Marcos programs or area community colleges to complete lower level courses. The RRC advisors work closely with Austin Community College (ACC) and other area community college students to insure optimal transferability of courses.
In order to register for classes at the Round Rock Campus, students must have completed their sophomore year or at least 45 transferable hours. The 45 hours of transferable credit must be from one of the several degree plans offered by the RRC. Students who intend to complete the junior and senior level classes at the Round Rock Campus will follow the same application process as any potential Texas State student. However, the advising and orientation procedures are unique to the RRC therefore, it is very important to follow the Getting Started checklist.
