Undergraduate Advising NO SHOW POLICY:

If you need to cancel or reschedule an advising appointment, you must notify the One Stop Center at 512-716-4001 or the Advisor at least six hours in advance. If you fail to give six hours notice or if you do not attend your appointment, your absence will be noted as a No-Show. After three No-Shows, you will forfeit the right to schedule appointments in advance and will only be able to schedule and attend same-day appointments. Same-day appointments are based on advisor availability, are not guaranteed and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

***Students shall be no more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment without advisor approval. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule your advising appointment and the absence will be noted as a No-Show.
