After being admitted to Texas State University and meeting with the general advisor in the One Stop Center where you will receive a degree audit and advisement on core classes, you will attend a degree audit session (this is mandatory). For an appointment, email Barbara Wilson at bw07@txstate.edu or call 512-716-4541. Bring the Degree Audit, photocopy of evaluated transcript that was attached to your acceptance letter from the Admission's Office, and dates of previous employment.

IMPORTANT: Individuals who decide to pursue the BAAS degree must have attended an Information Session and Degree Audit Session. Upon completion of these two sessions a New Student Information Sheet and degree audit is sent to the main OCED office in San Marcos to have the degree audit updated. This is required in order to obtain special approval to register for OCED 4350.
