P.U.G. Hour Review Session

Apr 27, 3:00PM - 4:00PM
Students majoring in Mass Communication or Health Administration are required to pass the Punctuation, Usage, and Grammar Exam. The Writing Center offers a review session every week to help students take on the PUG challenge. The review sessions are also a great review of basic grammar and punctuation rules for all students.

Professional Image Consulting for MBA Graduate Students

Dr. Keila Tyner, an image and personal branding consultant in New York City, will provide graduate students with information on how to develop the proper appearance, wardrobe, and nonverbal skills to project a positive, professional image for graduate-level interviews, presentations, and careers. Spaces for other interested graduate students might be available but preference will be given to MBA students.

Master of Public Administration Information Sessions

Dr. Thomas Longoria, Director of the Public Administration program, will hold office hours open to those interested in continuing their education with the Master of Public Administration offered at the RRC in addition to the possibility of an Undergraduate Minor in Public Administration being added at the RRC. These programs prepare students for careers as managers and leaders in public service including positions in city, county, state and national government as well as the private and nonprofit sectors.
